High Elastic Polyurea Grouting Fluid Waterproofing Materials

Polyurea grouting fluid is a new type of single component grouting and plugging material, belonging to modified polyurea polymer compounds. It is with high solid and high elastic chemical grouting that can curing in water and has strong adhesion in water. Using a small high-pressure grouting machine, it cures to be a dense rubber elastomer after being injected into the holes and gaps, and tightly seals the gaps in the holes. After curing, it does not foam or shrink, and maintains a tough rubber shape for a long time, achieving a long-term plugging effect. Due to it is solvent-free, it will not cause contamination on the surface of concrete. The used projects have almost no leakage and do not require rework. For gaps larger than 2mm, traditional drilling and nailing grouting techniques can be used to block leaks, and instead, the pressure filling method can be used for construction, greatly reducing labor costs.

Operation Notes

1. There should be no open water on the base surface of the project, otherwise construction should be done 24 hours after it is drained
Construction should be carried out at temperatures above 5℃. The construction site should be well ventilated and fire-fighting equipment should be placed.
2. After opening the barrel, it should be used as soon as possible, and the time should not exceed 15 minutes; avoid direct exposure to the air for 3. a long time to prevent skin formation.
4. After opening the lid, the unused material should be tightly closed immediately and the remaining material should be used up as soon as possible.
5. Pay attention to protecting the construction site before it is completely dry.

1. Stored in clean, dry and sealed iron drums
2. Transport according to regular product requirements, prevent rain, exposure, squeezing, and collision, and ensure that th packaging is intact.
3. The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight and rain. The storage temperature should not be higher than 40℃.
4. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months.
